    Good source for Disney collectibles
    expecting good, fair service, an online shopper, a believer in communication

    DisneyShopping can be an easy source for Disney fans to get collectibles without having to travel to a park. However, their web site doesn't always live up to the standards that Disney aspires too. Too often there are glitches in the website & customer service representatives aren't up on inventory status. Prices aren't overly unreasonable, especially if you can get a frequent coupon code and shipping is usually quite fast. I just wish that the Happiest Place on Earth would try harder to make their online shoppers the Happiest Customers on Earth.
