I have been a Verizon customer since 2003. I have no issues with calling their 1-800 Customer Service line. No matter the question or problem with equipment/service, I have always received great response from the rep. The only reason why I give Verizon a 3-star rating is because whenever I upgrade a phone, the in-store rep tells me I need to sign a new agreement. On each occasion, something gets "dropped" from my original service plan. The most recent case (in Feb 2008), they dropped my text plan in which I was charged for additional text messaging exceeding the monthly limit. Somehow...review »
Hello - I had a 10 x 12 room flood and the carpet when dry really stinks. I was not sure how much to use so I spritz the carpet with 8-10 triggers of the spray - how long for the product smell dies down - thanks
