I have been a Verizon customer since 2003. I have no issues with calling their 1-800 Customer Service line. No matter the question or problem with equipment/service, I have always received great response from the rep. The only reason why I give Verizon a 3-star rating is because whenever I upgrade a phone, the in-store rep tells me I need to sign a new agreement. On each occasion, something gets "dropped" from my original service plan.
