I picked up my Philly Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese today and I was sceptical that it would taste as good as it sounded. But I must say I am very pleasantly surprised as is my husband!
I made homemade sourdough bread this morning and figured that it would be great to try with the new spread. The cream cheese was super creamy and had a nice hint of herbs with a tomato flavor that was very natural. I served it with my dinner tonight along with my bread and my husband went in for seconds...and thirds! It's a hit!
