I'd have to agree with the comment regarding the outside of the Crown Reef giving the false perception of luxury accomodations in the inside. We too were very disappointed in our recent stay (Sept. 7 thru 13, 2008). We stayed in a deluxe suite on the sixth floor in tower 2. We were originally in tower 3 on the fifth floor and moved, because of a mold problem in that room. By comparison from our previous stay in a similar room at the Sandcastle, I'd have to say the Sandcastle was much better. It was cleaner, didn't smell as musty, and the room was larger.
