Payless Car Rental

Except for long wait to pick up car, everything went smoothly

Rented from Payless at Orlando airport over Thanksgiving holiday. A shuttle bus was waiting when I got to the curb, and it took me to the rental facility promptly, even though I was the only passenger. However, a very long line waited for me when I arrived. It took at least 20 minutes to get to the counter. The person at the counter was pleasant and offered a larger car at the same price.

Once I found the car, I realized it had a ding in the passenger door, which was not marked on the form I signed. There was no one in the gate at the exit, so I had to go back to the counter to make sure the ding... read full review »
