University of Phoenix - Online Campus

Staff do not tell the truth and do not return phone calls

Once I learned that you could take online classes, I thought wow that would be great. University of Phoenix ruined my experience about attending online classes. I am a single parent of two and for months the University said that I would be getting my grants--never happened. I was a straight A student and worked by tail off and every time I went to talk to a counselor it was someone different-they fire their employees and go through them quickly. I do not like that.
