    This has to be the best all around stroller for a city dweller.  The large tires easily glide over bumpy, uneven sidewalks and curbs.  The front wheel can be locked for light jogging (I would recommend the BOB Ironman if you are a serious runner but I use this for 5 mile jogs).  It is lightweight (for a jogging stroller), folds easily and is very stylish looking.
