Read alot of opinions and email kajeet a few times before deciding to sign up. Had tmobile pay as you go for a couple years, was spending $26.50 every 3-4 weeks for only ONE phone- got 130 talk/text minutes. Chose the $14.99 plan with kajeet- 60 min/talk + unlimited texting. No daily usage charge with paks. Will spend $5 more for TWO kajeet phones. We like texting more than talking- so this plan works out nicely for us. Customer service has been great so far. Emails back the same/next day. Had to call when activated the phone. Was being charged pay-as-you-go rates instead of the pak i signed up...
