Mustela Stelatopia Moisturizing Cream is the only non-prescription lotion I found that actually helped my son's eczema.  Almost all baby lotions contain some form of alcohol- that actually worsens the condition since it dries the skin even more.  I dropped $17 bucks for this lotion on the suggestion of a very good friend whose baby was also suffering from eczema, and was really nervous about spending so much without knowing if it would work or not.  I've never gone back to cheaper brands.   I love this stuff and it works!  Afer a few days I even stopped using the prescription medicine, and...
