We switched from Cingular (now AT&T) 2 years ago. Every month our bill seemed to get more and more expensive and we couldn never figure out why (billing statements were very confusing). Now we have a family plan with 3 phones and we can always count on our bill being the same each month. And I love the unlimited text messaging - couldn't live without it.
