I am sorry that I purchased this laptop. I needed a new computer for graduate school (had never owned a laptop before), and the only reason I didn't purchase a Mac was because my school's website strongly recommended students purchase PCs. It turned out it's not really a problem to have a Mac. The computer runs extremely slowly, whether opening Word or My Computer. Whenever I call Dell about an unrelated problem, they ask me if my laptop is running slowly and if I'd like to purchase more memory for $75.
