I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and am finding that they are still one of the best around. They are willing to talk over any situation, in person or by phone, and do whatever can be done to make me a happy customer. I use their on-line banking and bill paying and find they are excellent at both. All of my information is listed on one page, easy to read. Over the years, I have added and deleted accounts for estates and trusts for which I was the financial advisor, administrator and had great asssistance from them.
