    Really SLOW service!
    appreciative of good service, expecting good, fair service

    We recently visited the Bob Evans across from Chick Fila off of Rte 100 in Ellicott City.  We waited 45 minutes for our meal.  The manager did not come out and apologize.  We had to ask for her.  When she came out, she gave us a lot of excuses for our meal being late.  The service was slow and some of the meal was not warm.
