I purchase this medication for my myself and my family.  I highly recommend it!  I love it because  the guaifenesin ingredient  is timed released over a 12 hour period.  Other products sold has the same ingredient but they are not time released.  I think that is the key to getting well is keeping this medicine in you over a period of time.  I know it has kept us out of the doctors office! I usually get Bronchitis once a year and If I start taking this as soon as I get a cold, it keeps it out of my lungs.  I give it to my teenager the Mucinex D when she starts showing signs of sinus...
