    I started doing yoga in my 5th month of pregnancy when I couldn't run anymore. I did a Gaiam PreNatal disk by Shiva Rea and it was great and I wished I had tried Yoga before.  I also have her Post Natal disk. I have Yoga Conditioning for weight loss with Suzanne Deason and it's fantastic, too. My daughter climbs all over me when I practice yoga, so I bought her Yoga Kids with Marsha Wenig and she adores it and wants to do it over and over, she's only 2, but does pretty well anyway.
