The kitchenaid Artisan Stand Mixer is one of the finest mixers on the market. My family has owned one for well over ten years and it is still working just as good as it did on day one. The mixer offers different levels of speed which helps with the mixing of different ingredients. The different mixing handles that come with it allow for mixing of different kinds of products such as cake mix, bread mix, or egg yolk.
