For over a month I have been attempting to pay my bills online. It worked well in the past. Since early May of 2008, I began receiving error messages not allowing me to enter the bill payment section of the web site. This week, it has occurred everytime, regardless of the day of the week, or time of day. I reported the error to Technical Service on several occassions and I get the run around about how they are working on the problem.
