I bought my in US Walgreen's the smell and taste is Disgusting with a capital D , to give someone an idea it smells and tastes like ammonia mixed with Vick's, I was very skeptic about taking it, but the rep said it supposed to smell and taste like that, my throat and cough was killing me but after two doses I felt great. It helped me  sleep  very comfortable with out coughing I'm glad I tried it.
