Charter's High Definition service is terrible. First of all, when we called to have our HD service set up, we were told it would only cost us $10 more a month. However, when the bill came, it was more like $20. Second, whenever we watch something in HD, the picture breaks up and or blacks out completely. Not to mention, the selection for HD channels is horrific. You get a few local channels, two ESPN channels, three movie channels, and some channels that no one really wants in HD anyways, like the Weather Channel. By the way, if you don't get their movie package, then you also don't get those three...
