This product isn't as great as everyone made it out to be. It's confusing to use, difficult to get a squirming baby settled into, makes both baby and mom overheat (especially in warm weather!), its hard on mom's back and shoulders. I can never get the front flap to fold over like the package pictures so its always right in my baby's face.

I can't see how people clean and do laundry with this on - you can't bend over, the baby's head/face is right under your chin. I would not use this in the mall or grocery store simply b/c its not comfortable to walk around like this for any significant length...
