I recently ran out of the Neutrogena Make Up Remover and being short of money tried the CVS brand, didn't work, took it back tried the Target brand, didn't work, took it back, bought the Neutrogena!

I just works! I use waterproof mascara because I have contact lenses and it comes off easily and completely with one cotton ball.
