    My 8 year old wanted an ipod but I didn't like the price so I looked into mp3 players. I didn't want anything too complicated since she doesn't have any similar electronics plus she broke her first portable cd player. This mp3 player held up to 'backpack' tossing, stepping on, and it is easy to use.
