I just have to start by saying that this was the worst customer service experience that I have ever been in.  I booked my rental car 5 days in advance to ensure proper timing and rental availability. I also asked to be picked up since my car had been in an accident. I had to call the local office 3 times before someone could help me. They continued to say that they were busy and asked me to call back! I finally spoke with someone who was rushing through my reservation and acted very rude.
