I had my heart set on a MINI from the moment I laid eyes on them when they first came out.  I usually go practical when I make a big purchase, but I finally decided that my next car would be just for me.  I have owned my MINI for a year and a half and have never had a single repair issue.  This was an initial concern considering the nearest MINI dealer is about 6 hours away.  I love how MINI's are so customizeable.  Mine is black with a white roof and white hood stripes, as well as checkered mirror caps.  Literally the only one in town like that.
