Pam Cooking Spray

The best idea for baking in a long time.

for the "baking" spray variety which contains flour: I love this stuff: greasing and flouring pans is difficult, messy and ineffective. This stuff is just the opposite: it's easy, not messy, and very effective. Even when I grease and flour pans the old-fashioned way, my cakes still stick. When I use this stuff they never do. I also found it smelled quite good: kind of sweet. The con is that it is ridiculously expensive. The regular price is like $6 for a can of this stuff. That's not cool.
