We chose Northwest airlines because we have used them in the past and have been somewhat pleased.  When we arrived at the airlines we were greeted nicely and boarded on time.  All went well till we had been in the air for about 10 minutes.  The light fixture fell off the light onto me.  Ok so that started concerning me thinking  if this is not working what else could not have been checked.  They came around to pass drinks out and my daughter put her tray down to put her drink on and it was broken.  So she couldnt put her drink down.  She later used mine.  If it wasnt family next to her...
