The message I sent them after reading their  new policies and pricing —  To the management of Blockbuster, I think it's terrible that you are charging $22 for me to keep my plan the same as it has been. I only switched to blockbuster from netflix because of the unlimited in store exchanges. Netflix's shipping is twice as fast as yours and I've had nothing but trouble getting this company to send my movies in a timely manner which if you have a record of my account you will see if you persist with this change I see no reason not to switch back to netflix or some other movie… read full review »
