    WORST CAR RENTAL EVER !!!!!!

    Laurie B. United States/Florida/Tampa [Sep 05, 2009] This was the WORST car rental experience I have ever had. They made us wait for two hours even though I had a reservation. They attempted to saddle people with PT Cruisers for the economy car (how is that even close? even though I realize it fits the class--it is the worst gas mileage and worst to drive car) or you could pay to upgrade. I upgraded to a Nissan Ultima which was a mix of a standard and automatic. They did not explain this to me or have info in the car about it. They rented it to me as an automatic but it felt like a standard and... review »
