    This grill pan is one of the most used pieces of cookware that I own.  I love that I can grill chicken on the stove top and get those perfect grill marks on it, then finish it in the oven, so that it doesn't get over charred on top of the stove.  The chicken comes out very tender and juicy.  Much better IMO, than the George Foreman Grill (which I also own and used to use quite often before purchasing the Calphalon grill pan).  Clean up is a breeze.  Any stuck on food releases very easy with a plastic or nylon scrubby pad and some dish detergent.  I highly recommend this product.
