The Ritz Carlton at the Beach in Naples Florida is a hotel to compare all others to.   The people there,from the moment you walk in, are helpful and friendly, offering help without being in your face, almost as though they could tell if you needed aiding or just was trying to get to your room.  The staff contacted us before our arrival and asked about our traveling companions (12 and 3 year old grandsons) allergies, likes and hobbies.
