    I will never, ever get roped into a cel phone contract again! Verizon has been nothing but deceitful since the day we signed up for service. All my husband and I wanted was a basic cellular plan that allowed us to keep in touch with each other and to make a few cheap long distance calls. Instead, we got harrassed several times a month by sales people, pushing the latest and greatest plans. If we did have the misfortune to call customer service to ask a question about the bill or to get credit for a dropped call, we would be subjected to multiple sales pitches by their service reps.
