I have owned this machine for 5 years and have had to go through three machines for the same problem...If we don't use the machine for more than a month or two, the electrical circuit dies and the unit does not even power on. We had to send the machine in to Nespresso. The first two times, they replaced it. The third time, it was out of warranty so they asked for $150 to replace it. If the same problem occurs with the same machine three times, each requiring replacement, something is wrong with that product design. I'd rather spend more and get a machine that is built to last more than 2 years....
