    We decided to take a weekend vacation but didn't want to travel too far. We decided on the Read House because it was close to the Tivoli Theater, which we had tickets to see John Prine and it was close to the aquarium. When we arrived the valets were great. Check in was quick, but when we got to our room, it wasn't the one we requested. We called for a room change and waited for quite a long time for someone to come and get the problem fixed. Then when we were about to call again and really complain, the supervisor of housekeeping came by to make sure we had been taken care of. When she found out... review »
