In all the places I called about my dryer plug, they are the only ones that gave me a reasonable price on the phone, and they came out within 2 hours of my phone call. They did not add to the charge, or have to do anything different. The repair person was fast, efficient, and friendly. He answered my questions, and made sure I didn't have any problems before he left.
