After a recent charge not made by me, I called Customer Service. I was amazed at how fast they resolved the issue! The Customer Service Representative was quick, Courteous and very helpful. I have many other cards but this is now my card of choice! Kudos to Citi Card! I've heard horror stories of false charges but this transaction could not have been handled any better! I am very happy and impressed with the service I received. I did not get a foreign call center either, as I had expected. Good job! I will be using this card for all of my future purchases!
