I have been a Metro Pcs customer for almost 7 years. I chose to make the switch when my Cingular bill regularly ended up being over $350. Metro Pcs was not stellar in the beginning, but has continuously improved their services. My main complaint in the past year would only be that they did not keep up with their growth spurt. Customer service was at an all time low and waiting to get helped over the phone would take at least 45 min. This has in the past few months greatly improved.
