Crest Whitestrips are the perfect compliment to the Crest toothpast family. I use them every other day as I have extremely sensitive teeth and I use pro-health toothpaste by Crest and I have to say in 5 days my teeth begin to show noticeably change. Both my fiance and my 22yr old daughter who recommended them noticed the brighter teeth. I'm about 3 shades lighter going for the bright white if I can master it for my upcoming wedding.
