We love our new Rival Crock Pot. I do not know how we got along without it for so long. The Rival Crock pot is quite large so it will hold a large roast and all the vegies too. It will also hold a large corn beef. The corn beef is so tender cooked in the crock pot you can cut it with a fork. You can cook on high for just a few hours or cook on low all day. If you work this is ideal. I work in the gardens a lot and slow cooking is my way to go. The crock pot is easy to clean as the stoneware lifts out and can be cleaned in the sink or dishwasher.
