Budget-Conscious, somewhat tech savvy, computer literate
Comcast offers great specials and we are in love with on demand. Those are the perks. Customer service for the most part is terrible. Tech support seems to only read from a book and not actually have any knowledge of their equipment. The installers are either awesome or awful...doesn't seem to be any inbetween there. I pay very little for my package though so I'm willing to put up with the hassle. We also have Direct tv in several rooms. Their customer service is superior to Comcast but the problems with it are more frequent so I'd choose comcast over Directtv anyday...at least I...
