Chase - Rewards Card
use it...but pay it
on a strict budget

The Chase Rewards is great if you can really pay it off each month. It make no sense to jack up the card just to get 1 - 3% rewards when the interest rate is MUCH higher than that. If you're disciplined, it's just like getting free money.
