The customer service is very poor. When I wanted to renew my policy they charged me a different rate than what they quoted me. I hadn't had any accidents or anything. Not so much as a speeding ticket while on that policy. They reel you in with a good rate at first, but when you renew, they stick it to you without warning and for no reason other than greed.
