I am a lifetime weightwatcher who thought i could do this program without tracking and measuring. boy was i wrong,! i gained back 15 of the the 30lbs i lost and am back to the plan, tracking, drinking my h2o, and measuring. I need to exercise more and am working on that. Its such an easy plan to follow im kicking myself for loosing my way and gaining weight. im back from the meeting and lost 1.8 this week (slow and steady wins the race). good luck.
