I bought the Verizon EnV cell phone in December after trying a touch screen phone first that I didn't like because I found it hard to operate the sensitive touch screen, especially for texting, or ending a call.  I love the EnV because the buttons are easily accessible whether the phone is flipped open or closed.  It has a full QWERTY keyboard so you can text very fast when the phone is open, OR you can keep it closed and text the old fashioned way with the number pad.  Either way this is the best phone for communication!  It also has email and internet, but I haven't upgraded my plan to use...
