    The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is among the best public ivy's in this nation. With highly esteemed academics and incredible athletic programs, it can't be beat. In-state tuition is practically a steal, and out of state tuition isn't bad at all. Chapel Hill is absolutely charming- the quintessential college town. It is a liberal gem in the heart of the south.
