I had to declare bankruptcy and got a credit card that had a annual fee. capitol one approved me for a card with a low credit and since i have been using my card in the past year my limit has risen 3 times without me even requesting it! I have had no problems and when a charge was made to my account that i did not approve they quickly solved the problem and got me the money back.
