I had never been to Pennys before two weeks ago. My dad works near the establishment and suggested a luch date there. The food was great. The prices for lunch were not that bad. the ambience could use some work but the food made you forget all about it. The waitress was the best. Our drinks were always filled before ever reaching near the bottom. The food portions were good. I will definetly be visiting their again.
