    need staff to be kind, desire straight scoop, bedside manner matters, parent, one who demands quality heath care, expect my doctors to be responsive, want the best health care possible, conscious of credentials

    Dr. Williams is a very wonderful doctor. He is very caring and attentive. He always answers questions. He always talks with the children, whom are patients. Took a risk to start a Fanconi Anemia Comprehensive Care Center in Cincinnati. Very hign honers.
