The product I am reviewing is the "On the go Energy". The flavor is wild strawberry.  It has Vitamin B and caffeine in it. This is an amazing product. The taste is wonderful, not too sweet. It really gives you an energy boost (mid-day or late night)!!  I am also dieting and this is only 5 calories (but tastes like a LOT more).  It's very helpful for dieting due to the vitamins and energy.  I have tried the "On the go Immunity" as well.  Again, a great taste and you really feel like you're doing something good for your body (not like just drinking some carbonated soft drink).
