Last Christmas I purchased two Gateway Laptops, Model MX6958. Since that time, one has been returned to Best Buy twice. Both times the laptop needed a new hard drive. The second laptop also broke down and needed a new hard drive. After all three repairs, all information stored in the computer was lost. I was informed the company will only give me a new computer after three episodes.
