I love the Lansinoh nursing pads because they are very absorbant while being very thin.  They are also larger than other brands which is great for night time when I'm laying down.  By the pad covering more area it reduces leakage while I'm sleeping!  The things I do not like about them are they are folded in half inside the individual wrapping (which is wasteful - another con) this causes the fold mark to show through my bra and shirt.  I also found them to be very itchy until they are broken in because of the plastic like material on them around the edges.  Overall, for functional purposes, they...
